I need to really start writing down what I eat. I think that might help some.

Do you have a smart phone? Android and iPhones have applications that help you document everything, from barcode scanning, weigh ins, daily food journals etc. Basically everything you can do on the fatsecret site can be done from your phone and then you synch it with your fatsecret account. You should try it if you have the capabilities on your phone. Definitely worth it.

I tried a couple weeks not writing things down and I gained 2.lbs. Maybe a day will come when I don't need to track everything. But for now I find just writing it down helps keep me accountable. If you can't get to a computer every time you eat. Just jot it down in a small note book and record it in the evening. Hang in there.

Writing it down is the only way to stay on track...I know it is hard but it really does help. I agree with Deevchina...record by hand during the day and then log it in the evening. Hang in there - you can make it work!!
