I actually expected to gain, but I lost a small amount of weight. Still not where I was 2 weeks ago, but it's going in the right direction. Going to do some cooking this weekend and make things that I won't need to prepare during the week.
I'd been craving chocolate for a while, and finally allowed myself to pick up some dark chocolate Dove Promises. Two after lunch will ease the craving, so I don't end up face-first in a death by chocolate cake. ;-)
