隊長,我只有白天一直喝水一直尿尿,晚上一覺到天亮,我生酮穩定後睡眠變好,半夜不會醒,雖然睡不長,但睡眠品質挺好😉

我也睡很熟,和豬一樣,不是每天,有可能我只是頻尿,我有時候會晚上睡前还喝水⋯😅🤦🏻♀️
