I remain concerned about orange juice. Without a chance to exercise a lot, I need to cut calories. We have a fresh bottle of orange juice however.
49.0 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
