Feeling great this morning! Had a high carb day yesterday, still able to record a loss for the week, and back on track today. Next week, I plan to measure myself again, and I think I'll see some good results. Pants are fitting better, underwear isn't digging into the legs, and I'm not spilling out of my bras. I think those are all things to be celebrated, even though I'm not down a size yet. :)
119.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
