식단은 항상 동일하게 같은 시간에 먹고
운동도 매일 하는데 0.1~2kg씩 늘어나는중
근육량이 증가하는걸로 믿고싶지만 그건 아닌것같고..
52.5 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
