Well I finally moved below that 211 number. I have been moving between 211 and 212 for weeks now. I was gardening yesterday so it may be all water and that horrid 211 may be back tomorrow. I will just enjoy it's back side while I can.....

I took a quick look at your diet journal and I think I know why you're struggling with weight loss. First, you're not eating enough. You need to get closer to your RDI. That revs up your metabolism. Also, wine is strictly verboten in all phases of atkins except the next to last. I'd be careful about lower carb sweets, too. You might try leaving them out for awhile, and the whey protein. You get a lot of protein if you eat the right way. Just a few thoughts...might help.
