I am pretty sure the 2 lbs is from h2o weight, it was very HOT here in the PNW, over 90 for 2 days. I tried to keep up on fluids but it is hard to do when it is so hot. We have no AC so have to gut it out in homes that are rediculously hot mine was 82 this am. Will increase my h2o intake today and tomorrow to catch up. Too hot for the gym this am will go tomorrow.
