Lost discipline and paying attention to what i was eating and activity so I am cutting all soda's, no eating past 7 pm and no cheese and sauces as of last night.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
