Discussing my problems with my weight loss, I often tell myself that I need someone holding my "hand to the fire". I am the only one that can do that!!!! Why do I expect others to do that for me. Really ridiculous. So, I am going to enter my food everyday, weigh myself every day or every other and strive to exercise at least six days a week. It is the only way I can get anywhere in this journey. Others have done it and so can I!

It was interesting that my doctor said that I will lose weigh since I have the sleep apnea machine. Have not seen that yet, but if I keep up monitoring myself more closely, it should make a difference. Just have to keep myself going!

You are right..... The ONLY person who can do this ... Is YOU. Until YOU decide you REALLY want to loose the weight it won't happen.... I know from personal experience... I was always on a diet, I'd loose a bit, then put it on, then loose it etc, etc, etc ...... Then various things happened,I got my head in order, the stress wasn't there (I think the catalyst for my weight gain was stress). I decided I WAS GOING TO DO THIS.... And I did - simple. I have got rid of my "fat clothes" (first time I have cleared them out,I usually kept some 'just in case') I have now decided, my health is more important. You can do it IF YOU REALLY WANT TO...... I hope you do :-)
