Going steady, at least I'm not gaining. I've been at this plateau for almost month now but that's gonna change this week...I can feel it. My body WILL liten to me!
69.4 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
