I started gym yesterday after recovering from my foot injury (fractured). I'm very excited hopefully I'll be able to loose more weight now. it just feel good to be active again.
77.9 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
