Being off all summer makes weight-loss so difficult. No set schedule, food easily accessible... so my new goal is maintain this summer and be more focused again in the fall.
83.6 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
