I had a bad carb day yesterday. Between everything I had 155 carbs instead of less than than 20! It all started when my roommate came back from the store with ice cream sandwiches. My favorite! I had not had any in well over a year. Of course I had to have one before they even hit the freezer. That was the start of my carb binge. Over the course of the day I also had a chocolate chip cookie, a small plate of nacho chips, ice cream drumstick and of course another ice cream sandwich!

It tasted great but made me very lethargic and gave me a head ache. Today is a new day and it's back to limiting my carbs. I think that now that I'm so close to goal, I went a little crazy. I will increase my carbs gradually once I hit goal and start to maintain. Wish me luck! I hope everyone else is doing well, and will have a great week continuing your W.O.E.
