For the last couple of days I have been tracking what I have been eating so that I have a better understanding of why I am struggling to lose weight. I have not been limiting myself as far as what I can and can not eat. Because I recently switched to a vegan diet I need to test the waters to see just how far I can take this without becoming unhealthy.
