Wow...I am so relieved that I lost weight. I know I lost more than just 5lbs. My last recorded weight was about a month ago, which was 190. I know that I put on a lil more weight before I started the diet but I refused to get on the scale. Anyhow, I'm very happy with the results and moving smoothly into phase 2. I will try to adhere to phase 1 most of the time though. Anyhow, I will keep on going. My goal is to lose 15-20 lbs by Memorial Day. Wish me luck!!
