I had to step on the scale 2x I couldn’t believe it. Now I’m thinking about those summer clothes I gave to good will because they were too small, would fit me now. Lol some were never worn, but my frame of mind at that time was like” you’re always going to be fat, why put yourself through the misery. Just be fat and be done with diet.! “ what a lie! I’m enjoying feeling like myself again 😊
