Ugh. Not keeping a journal, thinking I can eat whatever I want like junk....It shows up in my weight loss/gain. Good news--I am exercising and that is a good thing. I cannot say my weight gain is increased muscle. Still need to eat healthy! Stress is less, so no excuse.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
