Since Monday I’ve been following the endocrinologists diet of no flour, no grains and no sugar. I know this is not yet weight loss but overall I feel better and fully for longer. I am trying to do high protein instead of high fat.
58.4 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I don’t know much about that diet, but I’ve heard a lot of good things about it, especially with people who need to lose a lot of weight. And I like the fact that you say you feel better...that’s how you’re supposed to feel, a lot of people see a healthy diet as torture and it shouldn’t be! And it isn’t , once you find the right diet and see results and you know you’ll be able to keep it up, it changes your whole life and view on food. We deserve to have a healthy relationship with food😍 I LOVE eating healthy, it makes me feel good, more energetic, happier?😀 and content with myself as I have had a lot of issues with my self esteem in the past. Good luck and keep up the good work!
