I know I shouldn’t check my weight after one day but sh**... I went to bed so hungry last night and fought some major urges to stress eat, so I needed a little nudge in the right direction. =]
150.1 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 45.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
