今天男友住我這 早餐吃了奶油吐司抹紐西蘭顆粒無糖花生醬 陪高鐵牛奶一杯 好好吃好滿足 好久沒在家吃這麼豐盛的早餐了 不過熱量跟脂肪含量也高到爆😭😭😭難得昨天吃了整碗飯今天早上量體重海下降0.1 結果早餐就感覺要吃回來😂午餐要克制點了 幸好今天期末在學校吃 可以吃熱量比較少的 今天考完就能輕鬆許多了❤️
711的晨光奶油吐司真的很好吃欸 可是真的很邪惡哈哈 一片要快200卡 真的要有人跟我分才能買😓
