Finally down a pound. Having a full Spike Weekend 2 weeks ago did it's job spiking my metabolism. Now i just have 3 more pounds to go for my goal.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
