Lately I've been battling a whole lot of I can't do it moments. I need to buckle back down and get to the gym and better control my cravings. Here we go again!!!!
104.7 kg Lost so far: 26.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
