Day 3: Stuck with it very well. Lowest cal intake so far. Did light bowflex for exercise last night.
Day 4AM: did get up and hit the elliptical for 45min. So far so good. Vacation starts Fri. Hope I don't fall off wagon.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
