Continues to be slow and steady even though new studies show that rapid weight loss is more sustainable this time I am going after weight loss in a different manner.

This time I have formed a food plan that I don't feel like I am dieting. Always in the past that was a huge hurdle, being a foodaholic is no different than being a drug addict, if you feel deprived you go back to your old ways.

Have nearly 6 months under my belt now and a 44.5 weight loss, just need to get back to the gym. I have been hampered by a bad knee, but even the Biggest Loser contestants battle through injuries and chronic joint pain.
90.0 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
