I'm so mad at myself. This is completely unacceptable. I was so close to my goal of getting out of the 180s by the end of the month (when I visit my new school). Instead, the past week has just been a steady incline back to my old weight.
86.1 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I know how easy it is to beat yourself up. Your last few entires have had the same tone. It’s time to start counting the calories and making sure you stay within them. You might not hit 180 by July but you’ll start going the right way again. I know you can do it.

Counting calories is one thing but I need to start moving again and it's frustrating because I've been sick (including a super painful sinus headache) for ten days now. I'm so dizzy it's hard to do anything.
