Talking of fluctuation, I've gone back under goal weight. Let's see what I weigh in another month. Especially sine I have to go to Jamaica for a couple of days in late August.
72.8 kg Lost so far: 80.0 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I always struggle with travel - I find it an opportunity to try foods I wouldn't ordinarily eat, and end up eating more than I normally would... of course, I'm still working on that balance.

For me, the problem with travel is that I can't choose what I'm eating as closely as I do when I'm home. The opportunity to try different foods is also a temptation (though, in this case, I'm going to a place where I'm familiar with the food and it is only for two days).

Yah, watch out for the airplane weight... I find my body swells for a day after flying... so don't weight in the day after you get back! It will be artificially high.
