Steady is good! I have been really good on the exercise, ok on the diet. Can I suggest some resistance (weight) training. Either body weight exercises or with weights. You can do it at home in less than 30 min, twice or three times a week. There are lots of free vidoes on youtube. The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn ALL the time.
