Not sure why the scale went up 1 1/2 lbs today, I did eat a late night snack and couldn't sleep, oh well more to lose.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 12.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The "mystery pound" happens to me too. And I have noticed that lack of sleep and late night snacking are usually a precursor. It usually seems to remedy itself in the next few days, but I will admit, I really hate those little pink "up" arrows :) You have a great attitude, Good Luck!
