Well I got away with it!
242.8 so I lost a pound, well I'll take that happily considering what I've eaten.

I will say it I didn't go mad with Carbs, but I ate quite a lot of bad stuff and more importantly drank loads of alcohol.

i won't push my luck further, back on diet now properly and no alcohol in the house.
110.1 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

That sounds like a good plan. If it's not too late it might be an idea to try log approximations of your meals so you've something to look back on if you need a bit of motivation to avoid the same trap. Take care!
