어제 결국 단식 실패하고ㅋㅋ
다때볶 2인분같은 1인분먹고
더먹을거 없나 어슬렁거리다가
90초빵 만들었는데
목메여ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
그런거치고는 나쁘지않아
62.1 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
