I'm finally finished traveling, and ready to get back to work on the next 42 lbs. I only gained 2 after 6 days of eating out and drinking, so not eating bread and chips at the table really helps! I skipped potatoes and rice and dessert and anything carb-y.

Here I go!
93.3 kg Lost so far: 19.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
