have not been logging my food and weighed in at night tonight after supper just to stay in touch with reality. Work has kept me busy so far but my diet has been fairly consistent on how many calories I eat with a little extra here and there. I get a lot of walking done in a day so I'm not too worried about gaining although I thought I'd weigh in around the same weight or even more so Imagine my surprise....I have lost. Yay.....maybe I should aim for 90 and not 92. What do you think?
