Timbangan Akhir Minggu ke-23 IF-ketogenic: kembali naik hehehehe..bener2 plateau 6 minggu terakhir ini..apa dah gk boleh turun lagi kali ya? :D..
80.5 kg Lost so far: 25.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
