Just wanted to say a quick HELLO and THANK YOU to my buddies in here who comment.. you guys are the only weight loss/fitness and support system I've got going so I really appreciate it. Well well well... had a Domino's pizza attack..TWICE this week(thin crust veggie but still!) Overate not proud of myself but at least I didn't gain too much weight and extra inches.. soooo close to my 125 lb mini-goal..I wanna reach it in the next week or two.. Need to work on weights and toning a little more I think.. I have not worn any sleeveless tops or shorts this summer because my natural hourglass shape has a nice padding of jello-like fat on my arms, thighs and hips.. my waste and almost completely flat tummy is my saving grace right now..;p gotta keep up the good fight and I don't know why I've never used the staircase in my building before for exercise.. but I will today :)
58.6 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

You are doing terrific! Over 20 lbs lost. I ate pizza this week too, but I have been working out more days per week than I have ever done. The exercise is making all the difference for me and I appreciate the support system here too. Good idea to start using the stairs more, because every little bit of exercise helps.
