Happy to see the loss level out w/ an additional .5 to the week. Granted it was likely mostly water weight, but good to have it drop none the less.
Keeping things in control, increased my fat intake through protein sources (fattier cuts of meat, chicken w/ skin, cream cheese, etc) and of course eating my salads or veggies...and UPPING my water intake dramatically as I had let it slip!
All good signs I am getting things back to basics, and they are working!
Not hungry, not moody, not craving... yeah!
