Thanks to an awful day yesterday I have gained 5 lbs of what I believe to be water weight. It sucks, but it happens. Money has been real tight the past couple of days for my parents because of a check mishap, so dinner and what I have available to eat is beyond my control for the most part. The house is devoid of all health foods at this point. That's supposed to change in a few days when they get paid though. Hopefully fruit will help my bloating just a little bit. Even though I understand that certain foods lead to bloating, but it's still awful seeing the scale go up by so much despite walking 2 miles 5 days a week. It's not a pretty sight.
