I am so excited. I have lost 11 pounds in my first week. I think the first 4 days were really hard but it seems to have gotten alot easier. I am shocked that I lost so much in the first week and I don't expect to do that every week. If I just lose 3 or 4 pounds a week that would be awesome. It seems like I have more energy than I used to already. I bought the ketone strips and I am in moderate ketosis. YAY!!!
125.6 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 55.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks!!! I call this the "fluff" weight. It comes off quick and can go back on quick! Fluff or not, my jeans feel more comfortable!
