Usual morning routine weigh-in. Making this one official. It has been about a half-pound lost each day the last four days. First sub-310 result in at least 6-years, I believe. Chasing 299 now! On to 260!
139.8 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
