Back to the grind for sure this time! Its hard to start dieting, or really eating healthy. Bad food is so addicting! I have been back at it now finally, this is day 4. I hit an all time low, that should be incentive to keep going if anything is! Gung Ho and all that jazz, here we go again! 2 months off should be plenty to reset my body!!
104.2 kg Lost so far: 41.4 kg.    Still to go: 38.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
