Lost the inches I had regained last week, as well as a bit more in my hips. Tough week. Weight loss is slowing now that I am in the process of adding more carbs to my diet.
55.4 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
