Absolutely not been following a good lifestyle in terms of food.. have been eating anything and everything whenever i feel like.. but i have been working out 6 days a week.. gotta watch what i eat..
59.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
