Wooo Hooo!!!!!!! That's more like it...

Goos Weigh in this morning. I almost killed myself with exercising this week. I knew I was overdoing it when I "tossed my cookies" after doing the steps yesterday. I'm going to have to figure that one out...

The steps is excellent cardio and good for the legs...but hurling and coughing is a not so pleasant side effect...

Maybe I should do 10 flights instead of 15???

Wow you lost 9 lbs in 1 week? Good job, but be careful of losing weight too fast. It can cause health problems. Good job on the exercise though =)

I suspect that the weigh in the week before was what was off... I think I was retaining water or something because I gained five pounds from the week before.... if you look at the two weeks overall I was down 4-5 lbs...
