今天去逛夜市,好久沒有吃冰火菠蘿油,好爽哈哈哈😄😄 今天輸入才發現,原來豬皮熱量不低欸,一直以為沒什麼熱量,是膠原蛋白😂😂😂
早餐:無
午餐:荷包蛋*2 好市多墨西哥薄餅一片
晚餐:滷味(金針菇,鵝肝,豬皮,小豆干*3,滷蛋*1,凍豆腐*6)
點心:冰火菠蘿油一個
