back on track I went on the deep end for two months, but as of monday 7-9-2012 i started back on atkins, i have 30 more pounds I can do this really i can:)
86.6 kg Lost so far: 30.0 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congratulations....I am laughing to myself, because I too, have been off the deep end for the past two months (since we got to camp!) and Monday decided that enough was enough...I too am back on track and have already lost one pound!! You are 100% right!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

Yes I got back on the diet Monday I was back up to 198.6 as of today I am 191.2 so all is back to normal, i want to be 157 so bad I can taste it, that will be 100 pounds lost. how are you doing with your diet this week?
