Still like a yoyo.

Have started to change a couple of things, hopefully this will help start the weight loss.

Looking forward to this change, thnaks to Marlene.
82.4 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
