My body is killing me, I do believe it is going to rain today or at least my body says it is going to rain. I may have to move my Friday workout to Saturday.
My weight loss for this week is a little miss leading. The numbers are correct, I have been working out for 2 months but I am just now getting real with what I eat. I am eating whatever I want, I am just counting it all now that I have found this wonderful site. If I go out to eat, I research my meal the day before and print what I have decided to eat and carry the list with me to help me remember what I have chosen to stay within my calories for the day.
