Actually started on the 24th, walked 1.7 miles took 38 minutes.
The walk entailed some down/up hill and flat. the mapped out area was generally north/south=flat terrain while east/west was up/down hill (respectively) the grade was for the most part light i.e. a very gradual incline/decline but enough to feel about 3/4 through that portion of the walk. the north/south portion allowed for a brisker pace and was pretty flat.

In general the area was away from traffic therefore exhaust fumes. I missed 2 days due to engagements but will make those up even when the challenge ends.

For the most part feeling pretty good about this!
118.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
