OMG finally a slight weight drop it has been so hard. I have really tried tracking my food accurately and adding in exercise as much as possible. I will say I do seem to have more energy but still trouble sleeping and hot flashes keeping me awake at times! I shall continue my new life style with vengeance
!
78.4 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
