With my mom on vacation not much has changed in my food diary. Just a couple days of slip ups, but overall good. Since I began working out again it has made a big difference, I'm hoping that it shows in my weigh in tomorrow. If it doesn't I'll just have to rev it up a little bit more and lower my calories.
114.8 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
